Guest guest
Hi, since B vitamins have been a topic lately, I wanted to share some information I recently read about Vitamin B-12. This was in the Vulvar Pain Newsletter, Winter 1995 issue that I had ordered from the back issue list a few months ago. This woman had burning tongue and had received help from vitamins when it had B12 added. Years later, she developed vulvar pain. She thought about membranes and decided to try B12, 50 mcgs three times a day. After a few days, she obtained relief! This may not work for everyone since a friend of hers didn't receive any help. It may be worth a try, however. Just thought I'd pass it along. Kathy
Guest guest
The vulvar specialist that I went to did a ton of blood work. One of the things he looked at was B vitamin deficiency. My levels were normal as was everything else he looked at and I'm still itching! Deb
