Guest guest
If a pet has fleas you can wash him/her with lemon dishwashing liquid and keep it on for at least five minutes thick and smother the fleas. I am still fostering and most of my dogs have fleas and this has been effective in preventing an infestation in my home. I do this before I bring them inside. I have never had any fleas on my dog from them. I have bought DE but never had to use it. I put an all natural tick spray on my dog during tick season. I then think you really have to do a complete tick check when you get home. My saint is 160 pounds not so easy but they do seem to jump on him even with the spray. Its time consuming but I don't want him getting lyme or dropping the tick in my house only to bite my kids. Tamara > > Does anyone know anyway to treat pets besides using frontline? Guest guest
alicia, i have been using a product call fleafree. i got it from a website called wolf creek animal sanctuary. they had a few websites. i am sure you can find it. it is one of those build-up supplememts. it takes a few months. i started w/ DE , dusting them a couple oftimes a day, but they said that was too often and would dry their skin out. so i stopped. i haven't been in the fleas season again, but what i did seemed to have worked. time will tell. janet To: bartonella ; Lyme_and_Rife ; Lyme_Aid_Buhner From: alicia.colon@...Date: Tue, 4 Jan 2011 10:49:15 -0500Subject: OT: pets n fleas ?'s Does anyone know anyway to treat pets besides using frontline?
