Guest guest
Hi Diane, What a great help, thank you. I'll check out the site and perhaps try magnesium. I tried raw food and with a little perseverence, it does help, but I'm too much of a carb lover to maintain it for long xx > > I found a hypnosis download that is helping me. Guest guest
thanks, everyone. I will keep you posted. Currently, I still notice sounds but no longer get that raging feeling in my chest. Also , only one sound ( out of a previous 4) annoys me. The hypnosis download says that eventually I will not notice the sounds. I am looking forward to that day. > > Hey Diane, > Please keep us posted on the hypnosis. Guest guest
Hi Diane, How long have you been using the hypnosis download for and how often? I downloaded it and it seemed great, although I didn't feel 'hypnostised' as I was fully conscious of what he was saying. xx > > > > Hey Diane, > > Please keep us posted on the hypnosis. Guest guest
Hi Diane,Hypnosis, meditation, and eating a high raw food diet have helped me tremendously with sound sensitivity and 4S. The key is persistence over time. I really ought to update info on my website pertaining to raw foods and to 4S, but in my most recent updates about each I talk about the affect on the other. http://www.sonyasidky.com/2009/10/4s-sound-sensitivity/http://www.sonyasidky.com/2009/11/how-i-transitioned-to-a-raw-food-diet-in-2009/SonyaOn Dec 1, 2010, at 6:28 AM, Diane wrote: thanks, everyone. Guest guest
Hi I've been using it since the beginning od September. I started with once or twice a day, now listen mostly at night. I hope it is still working because it has a tendency to put me to sleep. I'm not sure what " hypnotized " feels like, but I see subtle changes. I'll give it a year if I have to. Good luck > > > > > > Hey Diane, > > > Please keep us posted on the hypnosis. Guest guest
Hi Sonya This was the reason I tried raw food again. It made me worse but now I think it was because I always get so dehydrated on raw foods. So much so that I develped a sensitivity to a new sound( now the only one I have). Maybe I should give it a go again. Thanks for your links. > > > > > > Hey Diane, > > > Please keep us posted on the hypnosis. Guest guest
Thanks Diane, I might have to try that, I am looking for a recording but I am real particular about voices. For long road trips, when I want books on Cd, I go to the library and check out a huge pile of them just to find a few where the voice is 'okay' so as not to bug me. Though I have also been trying to listen to newscasters who voices bother me so as to desensitize. Guest guest
Indeed--I found that it took many months of being on the raw food diet before it helped me with sound sensitivity. It helps you hear more clearly because you are purging toxins. However as you cleanse your body up you may experience times were you are more irritable. Also, eating a lighter diet can make you more alert and it takes some cooked food to feel comfortable again in the moment. Bottom line is that anything you do to eat a healthier diet will likely be good for your nervous system and thus on net, will help you. Guest guest
Hi Sonya, I too am a big fan of Glenn Harrold and noticed his tinnitus cd. Do you think this would help with 4S as tinnitus is quite a different (though related) problem? Thanks x > > > > > > > > > > > > Hey Diane, > > > > > > Please keep us posted on the hypnosis.
