Guest guest
Mood changes with PMS improved once I started on anti-depressants so personally I think the worsening of 4s during PMS is possibly a serotonin issue. Which is also possibly why 4s worsens with depression and anxiety, for me personally anyway. I am certainly not saying that low serotonin IS the cause of 4s, but for me low serotonin has contributed to making it worse. But of course a certain amount of mood changes are perfectly normal with our fluctuating hormone levels, within reason of course. Regular exercise helps increase serotonin as well. To: Soundsensitivity Sent: Sat, November 27, 2010 2:17:51 AMSubject: Re: help, i'm so moody! I am the same way. > > > > > > Hi Everyone! I usually blame it on 4S triggers, and although that is often accurate, many times it is not. By nature I am bubbly and optimistic, but I seem to get pulled down from that a lot. In fact I'm usually in one extreme or another--too happy or too moody. And my mood can change just like that. I admire those "even keel" type of people and wonder how they can be like that. I feel like I never outgrew my teenage moodiness (I'm 28 years old). > > > > > > I also tend to blame this on PMS. It's worse when I'm PMS, but not limited to that time of the month. > > > > > > This does affect my ability to deal with 4S. One probably affects the other. I'm not really sure where to turn. I wonder if I need to professional help or I just need to deal with my emotions better. I want to ask here because I feel like I trust you guys and you would understand, and I know that some of you are dealing with psychological issues on top of 4S. > > > > > > I'm getting frustrated with myself for being so frustrated!
