I had my first trial rife session for borrelia on Tuesday. I noticed a very

warm sensation well down into my abdomen. It was not unpleasant but

distinctive. Have others noticed this?

I'd love to think this was from killing Bb, lol. I am herxing--so that's a good

sign as I have been hoping I would respond to this form of treatment.

How long did you coil? Also, what kind of herx are you getting? I'm going to get going as soon as my frequency generator comes (within the next week and a half or so). Just looking for info from new coilers.

I coiled for 1 1/2 minutes. I'm getting my usual herx, starting within 5 hours

or so very mildly, then intensifying at the 48+ hour point. Fatigue, brain fog,

flu-like feeling, pain in the shoulders and arms, insomnia. Doing a CE seems to

clear this well for a short time though the other detox I am doing doesn't make

a noticeable difference. If it doesn't lift soon, I'll be cutting back on the

coiling time.

kristine, you should try lemon balm for shingles. i cured my husband with it. i boiled the leaves, he drank the tea and put the leaves on his wounds as a poultice. good luck! janet

I have only coiled twice so far, and did notice a warming feeling both times. I have not herxed noticeably yet though (I'm going slow, only up to 30 secs now). I did feel better the first couple of days, then regular symptoms resumed. Maybe a coincidence. I don't know that I'd recognize a herx though, since my symptoms are crazy, without pattern and all over the board.Does anyone know if its okay to begin coiling for shingles consecutively with Lyme? I've so had it with the shingles! Would it cause a herx?e>> How long did you coil? Also, what kind of herx are you getting? Hi Sherry,

First sessions often will give you a clue as to what your infection is like...

I've never personally had a warm sensation in my abdomen... You eventually want

your herxes to make you feel crappy for 1 - 3 days, but not really sick, this is

a good herx to shoot for... It means you are killing enough bacteria to keep you

ahead of the disease.

If you don't experience more that just a warm feeling, next session should be

for more time...

Do you know the name of the machine being used?

Take care,

Jim
