I have been mainly using stevia as it is clearly no way the yeast can ferment it. I was considering Xylitol as an additional alternative but have the following two questions: 1. Being a sugar alcohol, willl it have some undesired intoxicating effect on the child? 2. Since is has " calories " available, would the yeast feed/ferment on it?
