I don't know what the deal is with my sugar and food cravings. I've always been like that. I eat really well and then I'm freaking out spending way too much money for a scone/muffin at starbucks and then having a candy bar 4 hours later and some hard candy.

Lately, I've started putting on weight, so I'm feeling a bit out of control about it. I read that sugar will temporarily boast your blod sugar levels.

Anyway, or Kim, let me know if you have time to answer that.>>

That's OK. I think my question is too vague to answer

and the information being passed around about a low

glycemic diet helps me.
