Hey guys, I finally got my pictures updated to the photos section. I made

improvements but more yet to go. This was a pretty good week. I was able

to do great cardios on the treadmill & increased my weights on UBW & LBW. I

am going to do a competition with 2 friends at work. One friend is doing 2

miles on a bike, the other is doing 2 miles or 1000 something on the

stairmaster and I am doing 2 miles on the treadmill. I did 2 miles in 23

min 20sec. Is that terrible or not so bad?? I did get my free day messed

up. I had to miss a workout on Wed. (worked late day 7AM-8PM on call for

surgery cases). But I did good with my eating -thank goodness for myoplex &

Bars. I had 2 bars & 1 myoplex that day. Only got 1 serving of veggies in

a lunch; but not too bad for a long surgery day. I did not get to eat every

2-3 hrs. One was 5 hrs. and then ate again at 4 hrs. BAD! Anyway since

this was not my free day; I am counting this as my free day of workout.

Today, Saturday was going to be my free day, since we are going out to eat.

So I did my cardio, and still going to eat like my free day. Not sure this

is legal, but thats the plan.
