Hey Gang,

I missed everybody the last two days. Too busy to get online. :(

I am hobbling around like a cripple today. No real problems, just a case

over training. I did legs on Tuesday and switched some things around. Instead

of seated calf raises set 1-5 and standing heel raises set 6, I did standing

heel raises 1-5 (50#, 70#, 90#, 110#, 70#) and seated calf raises set 6 (60#).

I think the trouble started when I did cardio yesterday and you already know I

do a lot of incline. I don't think my calves had recovered enough, because

by last night I could barely put my left heel on the floor when I walked.

Today it is better, but when I sit for any length of time, it requires some

stretching before walking or I teeter and almost fall down. (How's that for a

visual?)

At least I'm givng my office mates some entertainment. :)
