specific nutritional protocol to help heal Lyme

I have recently consulted a nutritional expert who is famous in circles of

Chinese medicine. He had Lymes fort twently years, once he knew what it was he

healed it. He gave me a simple protocol. His supplements are gorgeous. If anyone

feels energy.. they are so pure and loving.. natural, best quality ingredients,

inexpensive, desigend to heal vs capitalize.

I post my correspondece w the nutritionist. My notes first, his correction in

capital letters. (oregano is essential oil of oregano), " theives " young living

he did not recommend, i bought it before the session w him.

He recommended taking one drop of essential oil of oreganio in a glass of water

once a day. I take it as i wake up and it sits on my bedside talbe along with

some lumbokinase and goat colostrum.

I was better immediately, on the third day my lips became soft, brighter, feel

fuller: in Chinese medicine it is a sign that Spleen got better. Stomach/Spleen

are the center of health, when they are well, the person will recover. I have

not even got Lobelia yet..(i will also be getting artemisinin from Herb Pharm)

to summarize:

1. water fitration, best reverse osmosis, it should take out chloramine and

fluoride.

FIRST FIND OUT IF YOUR ALKALINE FILTER TAKES OUT FLUORIDE AND CHLORAMINE. IF

NOT, THEN PERHAPS A MULTI-STAGE REVERSE OSMOSIS FILTER WOULD BE BEST. CAN'T

EXPECT GOOD RESULTS WHILE INGESTING FLUORIDE AND CHLORAMINE. (YOU CAN FIND OUT

IF YOU WATER HAS CHLORAMINE IN IT)

2. use of " hot " spices to become hot vs damp.. (at some point would be nice to

be in balance vs hot..? yes?

NOT NECESSARILY THE HOTEST SPICES, FOR EXAMPLE, I DIDN'T SPECIFY CAYENNE. BUT

GINGER, CEYLON CINNAMON, RAW AND COOKED GARLIC, (RAW IS THE ONE THAT KILLS

LYME), FENUGREEK, BLACK PEPPER, TURMERIC, AND PERHAPS OTHERS.

this means using raw garlic, cooking w garlic, oregano, tumeric (indian), Ceylon

Cinnamon. What about clove?- also a hot spice

YES YOU CAN USE CLOVE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE DRAWN TO IT

3 take Lobelia proir or together with garlic, oregano, oxygen because it wil

seek out Lyme and help to kill it.

YES LOBELIA WILL HELP DO THIS. OREGANO AND OXYGEN CAN GO IN THE SAME WATER.

DON'T HAVE TO TAKE LOBELIA WITH THE GARLIC...THAT CAN GO ON FOOD IF YOU LIKE,

CHOPPED VERY FINELY. THAT WAY, YOU USE LOBELIA 2X PER DAY, WHEN YOU TAKE OREGANO

AND THIEVES.

4. as a protocol use:

tons of garlic (sprinkle on food or as drops/capsules)

NO, NEVER TONS OF ANYTHING. IF YOU USE TOO MUCH GARLIC YOU WON'T SLEEP. USE IT

IN THE AM AND AT NOON BUT NOT AT NIGHT.

essential oils: oregano or " Thieves " from Young Living

I ALREADY GAVE YOU THE PROTOCOL ON THE ESSENTIAL OILS

lobelia

oxygen

cordeceps or reishi mushrooms for immune system

CORDYCEPS " AND " REISHI, NOT " OR "

adjusted diet.. for this lifetime.. never deviate

YES PLEASE KEEP TO THE DIET IF YOU WANT TO SUCCEED OVER TIME. WE'RE NOT LOOKING

AT HAVING YOU FEEL A LITTLE BETTER FOR A FEW DAYS OR WEEKS. WE WANT TOTAL

ELIMINATION OF LYME AND THIS IS A REAL PROJECT!!!

tumeric tea (1/3 tes spoon in hot water twice a day)(supports ciculation,kills

parasites,cleans liver)

OR COOK WITH TURMERIC ....COOKING A MEAL WITH IT IS EQUIVALENT TO MAKING A TEA

WITH IT.

5. Use beans , peas, lentils, sea weads, chlorella whole grain rice (never

white), reishi.. cordincepts, shitakito regulate immune system, they contain

polysacorites that assit in bringing own stem cells where they are needed to do

the repair

6 support yin as one is using a lot of hot spices: use millet, buckwheat,

quinoa,amarynth, oats, whole barly (not pearl). Chlorella, sea weed, black bean,

mung bean, aloe capsules, colloidsl silver all support yin.

7 use Goat colostrum by Mt Capra to boost immune system

8 diet:

nuts: almonds only, pumpkin seeds, hemp/flax seeds, chia seeds

oils: henmp or flax (is Udo's Choice oil good enough??)

UDO'S HAS TOO MANY OILS IN ONE BOTTLE. USE JUST ONE OIL AT A TIME. GET COLD

PRESSED HEMP OIL OR FLAX OIL IN THE BLACK BOTTLE IN THE HEALTH FOOD STORE FRIG.

absolutely NO cow dairyany products at all ever

for non-vegetarians especially good : bone soup. I am a vegetarian.. so extra

attention to Yin supporting foods.. supplementing my cooking with root,

Shu Di, lotus seeds, chestnuts to support Yin.

obviously all vegetables, esspecialy green leafy to build yin and blood

root vegetables, beans and grains. Lots of water

COOK WITH EXTRA WATER....DON'T HAVE TO DRINK A LOT OF WATER UNLESS YOU'RE

THIRSTY

How long and how much Artemisinin can i take?

I WOULD TAKE ARTEMISIA AS PART OF THE MULTI-MONTH PROJECT...FOR AS LONG AS

YOU'RE DOING THE ESSENTIAL OILS AND OXYGEN, WHICH SHOULD BE FOR 5 MONTHS OR

MORE....LET'S SEE HOW YOU DO WITH THESE WARMING, DRYING ITEMS.

Have i missed anything or got anything wrong?

I THINK YOU'VE GOTTEN EVERYTHING RIGHT, ESPECIALLY WITH MY CORRECTIONS AND

INSIGHTS ABOVE.

i am feeling much better already three days later, wondering about joining a

health club, getting bored at home.. these are great signs..I hope this helps

people.
