Freds Monday Menu

Hi,

Wanted to pass along my menu for today (Monday)

m1: Cottage Cheese, Banana, 2 cups Water

m2: EAS Advantedge Nutrition Bar, 2 cups Water

m3: Lean Cuisines Entree w/Salad, 2 cups Water

m4: EFL Sparkling Orange Shake

m5: EFL Lemon Peppered Salmon, 2 Cups Green Tea

- here, I didn't have any brown rice so I substitued a portion of

Polenta fried in olive oil, topped with a little parmesan cheese

m6: EFL Cottage Yogurt, 2 cups Water

The nutrition label on the Polenta stated it was only 15g of Carbs

per serving.. so I thought it would be ok even though its not on the

authorized list.. I couldn't find its value in the Glycemic Index

because the webpage was down.
