Hi Leigh! Great to hear you are back at it!

My menu today is:

M1 Vanilla SpiruTein Shake w/4oz 2% milk

M2 Chopped chicken breast over Santa Fe Beans

M3 Chicken breast, 1/4 baked acorn squash, raw veggies

M4 Chilled Shrimp w/cocktal sauce, 1/2 navel orange

M5 Chicken breast, small sweet potato, raw veggies

M6 Chicken breast, 1/2 navel orange

3 - 24oz bottles water

Today is cardio and abs. My legs have only a slight trace of soreness

today...and that is from last Tuesday. I really did not see that one coming.

Geeeesh.

Leigh,

It's great to have you back! Sounds like you've gotten your ducks

back in order. Congrats!

You'll love that EFL book. I've tried every meal on your menu except

M2, and loved them all (especially the chocolate mint). I hope you

feel the same.

Thanks Bob,

The thing I love about this book is that I can have a different meal

every day and not get tired of it. At least that's what I say now:)

My strawberry banana shake is different from the book. I put a scoop

of vanilla protein powder, water, frozen sliced banana and frozen

strawberries. blend and enjoy,,,awesome:)
