Guest guest
Glen, Good, thanks! I did my LBWO last night, and have maxed out on the dumbbells I have. Time for a set of 55# weights next, or else I'm going to start having to look at a barbell instead. I do have one of the old kids sets, with concrete filled plastic weights, that might get me through for a while. My wife got me the absolute best BFL gift! She surprised me with a rack for all my dumbbells. Ain't love great? My wife is a florist, so I can't ever give her flowers. And she's always on a diet, so candy is out, too. So, I hired a barbershop quartet to " embarrass " her at work yesterday. They sang 2 or 3 songs, read a card, and gave her a rose. She (and they) received a nice round of applause from the line of customers, so it ended up being a nice surprise. Hope you (and everyone in the group) had a Happy Valentines Day! Guest guest
Great idea! Hugh's been out doing that for the past 3 days delivering singing valentines with a barbershop quartet and that is what he is doing tonight! Even though he has had some long days, he is still getting his workouts in. Andy > So, I hired a barbershop quartet to " embarrass " her at work > yesterday.
