Help in a Migraine and can't get out!

So much for holiday's. They aren't worth it the day after. I'm in a migraine,

cold sweat, body hurts from pounding head, pain behind my eyes neck muscle

spasms, backs spasms, stiffness from tightening up with the pain that is

unbearable. Which med do I choose. Already tried plain Alvil. Some relief no

it's back. Want to sleep it off. Have a full arsenal of drugs. God just tell me

which direciton to take. Have liderm patches on my neck/shoulder area and lower

back. Some relief, but gone now. In bed, dog is snoring away. Please God have

mercy on me. Could go to hospital for pain shot, but truthfully Demerol does

nothing to help. All the other pain meds take the edge off and prolong pain in

the end. I'll go get some ice packs in a minute.Nothing left in the kitchen to

eat until I go grocery shop.Ride it out. No one should have to live this way.

Naseau is sorta there. The neck is tight, so tight. Been giving myself pressure

point massage on my head and temples. Will try using some peppermint oil.
