Guest guest Posted January 19, 2005 Report Share Posted January 19, 2005 What if your don't qualify for disabilty because you are not a citizen and have not paid into the ss or what ever it is you pay into to qualify.This is why i have not been able to claim or get any help. Your medical bills will substantiate the horror of your experience, but was talking about being out of the workforce and they simply won't recognize someone being OUT of the workforce unless they've been declared disabled. These people are monsters and they will try to mitigate everything that happened to us and they will try to discredit and malign us. would have to PROVE he couldn't work and that would take being declared disabled.
