Guest guest Posted October 6, 2001 Report Share Posted October 6, 2001 Hi Dana, I have been for the most part GFCF for a year now (I have to admit that I do cheat sometimes) but I did notice a change in how I felt not eating those things(much better--for the most part) I also think I do (or hopefully did) have problems with yeast. I also did antibiotics and had a die off reaction. I used to be very hypoglycemic, but don't have that problem any more. I guess the thing that I am afraid of is that I, too, am probably celiac, although I am hoping that I am not. Did you find out that you were celiac, by reintroducing foods?
