I had a muscle biopsy years ago (7 or so) and it was abnormal. The

Neurologist really was not sure what it was either and my Rheumy just said

it was related to Stills and not to worry about it. So I let it go. I have

times when my muscles really hurt (usually when the weather changes and it

is really nasty or cold). I really can't remember more than that because at

the time I had so many diagnoses hitting me at one time, I decided to let

this one fly by.

Hang in there,

Hugs,

Alli

Leon,

My muscles used to hurt and feel like they were inches too short for my body

My doctors told me it was the inflammation of the Stills attacking my

muscles. I don't know how or the particulars though. I do hope they can help

you and you can find out the specifics of what is going on.

Much luck, please let us know.

-- muscle involvement

Did someone post here about Stills affecting muscles. I am looking for

details...how does it effect the muscles? I had a muscle biopsy and

neurologist are baffled its not normal but they haven't seen the pattern in

the muscle as in mine... Several said possible myasthenic process problem

like Myasthenia gravis called LEMS. I wonder if its the Stills though...

My current rheumy has no idea about muscle involvement..go to new rheumy

I have a lot of muscle problems also. I used to be so very stong and I

have lost most of that. Also they hurt a lot and sometimes my leg

muscles feel like a ran a marathon and I am not even walking very far.

Anything anyone has for information is very interesting to also

Val
