Guest guest
Boring is no problem. Posting your menu is a way to stay accountable. Where's your protein in M1??? Guest guest
Boring is fine as long as you are happy with it. My menus have been pretty boring too when I first started BFL and I get tired of eating the same ole thing. Sometimes it is easier to keep it simple with the menus. However, I'm learning with EFL that menus don't need to be boring, cooking doesn't have to take a lot of time, and it can be fun to try new things. It help keep it interesting. I won't comment on M1 since Jen B already pointed it out. Guest guest
Okay, you busted me. I'm usually short on time and haven't cooked any eggs, and that's all I can think of other than the 8g in my skim milk. Any suggestions? > > Well, it seems a lot of folks share their menu each day....mine is > > kind of boring, but here it is: > > > > M1 - Oatmeal with Yogurt > > M2 - Strawberry Protien Shake > > M3 - Broiled Chickent; Apples; Broccoli > > M4 - Shake > > M5 - Tuna; Potato (baked); Green Beans > > M6 - Shake > > > > Boring, right? > > > > ----

Guest guest
How about like suggested earlier, just a scoop of protein powder mixed in water on the side? Or you can make power oatmeal (like I said, I think this is gross, but lots of other people like it) with a scoop of protein powder mixed into the oatmeal after it's cooked? Guest guest
Is is possible to prepare the eggs, the night before. Either separate the whites or separate and cook or use egg beaters? If you go ahead and cook, you could reheat in the microwave. I start breakfast, including breaking the eggs at 6:55 and have the meal done and cooked by about 7:10. Andy > Okay, you busted me.
