Hi everyone,

Can someone explain to me the difference between LDN and ACTOS?

My take is that in low dose LDN is an immune inhancer and will

(hopefully) convert the immune system from TH2 back to TH1.

My understanding of ACTOS is that it can reduce brain inflamation?

If my above understandings are correct then are they not doing the same

thing?

The reason I ask is because if they are not the same then I may

eventually do both for my son.

Also, my son was on TD DMPS for 10 months and then we had to stop do to

raging dysbiosis. The stim hell started after the 1st month and he

never came out of it. I can't begin to tell you how much our hopes were

shattered.

We are now going to try the TD DMSA and the LDN is also on it's way.

Which one should I start first?

My Doc is Green and I forgot to ask him. sometimes thinks I'm

a lot smarter than I really am.;) So we don't always get to those

details in the conversation and he just leaves it up to me. Probably

because it is not very important, but I just want to get this one as

right as I can. Also 's office is very busy this week so I thought

I would keep the office lines free for all the really important stuff.

So, how does everyone else start?

Jen

Also FWIW we started glutathione injections 2 months ago. I am finally

getting it into him!!
