If you prefer the payments to go to the PA and be linked to it's EIN, then use the Group NPI. The individual NPI is linked to your SSN and so, the payments will be attached to your SSN if you use the Individual NPI. If you prefer the payments to go to the PA and be linked to it's EIN, then use the Group NPI.
