Guest guest
today at school i was sitting and suddenly this loud, rapid, thumping noise started up in my ear, it was like my ear was having a heart attack, i googled my symptoms and figgured out it was pulsitine tinitus. has anyone else experienced this? -julia
Guest guest
Yes I have. Last summer, out of the blue, my left ear started thumping. It had no rhyme or reason for it. It was like any eye-twitch only in my ear. Didn't hurt, just was annoying. The only way I could make it stop was to stick my finger in my ear. Eventually it stopped and over the next week it came and went. It then disappeared for about 4 months and then returned for a day. I wouldn't worry about it... often times if you continue to focus on something it will only make it worse. > > today at school i was sitting and suddenly this loud, rapid, thumping noise started up in my ear, it was like my ear was having a heart attack, i googled my symptoms and figgured out it was pulsitine tinitus. has anyone else experienced this? > -julia >

Guest guest
I have experienced it too, occasionally. It usually happens when I am in a noisy room when a lot of people are talking. It does go away, but I know, it can be very, very annoying. Subject: Re: pulsitine tinitus (ear thumping)To: Soundsensitivity Date: Wednesday, December 15, 2010, 11:30 PM Yes I have.
