Guest guest
But it's getting better! When the alarm woke me up this morning I couldn't muster the strength to get out of bed...my already sore throat was much worse than the day before. I didn't get out of be until 9:20. M1 therefore consisisted only of a protien shake and I'm having M2 now, which is chicken, beans, & cucumber. I hope to get my workout in this evening on my way home from work. I'm feeling a little better now than earlier this morning. So with a bit of luck I'll be able to stay on track despite the morning sickness (no, I'm not pregnant). On a lighter note, one of my clients told me I looked like I had lost weight. That would be amazing, since I just started this challenge on Monday ------
Guest guest
Now, now ... today doesn't suck, it just got off to a rocky start. You are still doing great on nutrition (which is the hardest part for most people) so accentuate the positive! If you are feeling better, then by all means get your workout in tonight. If you are still feeling yucky (I'm crossing my fingers that you don't have the evil flu that's going around) then just skip the workout OR just do an abbreviated workout instead. Sometimes, even doing 10-20 minutes is mentally pretty powerful. Staying in the habit is what's most important. What's really great is that you didn't allow your off-morning to blow the rest of the day. Jen B. > But it's getting better!
