BFL says a MINIMUM of veggies at two meals (most people have trouble

meeting that ... in fact, I can't tell you how many folks have an

iceburg lettuce salad and tomato sauce and try to pass that off as

veggie portions). You are allowed to have as much as you like from

the veggie " column " and I highly recommend it. I've seen people bust

through fat loss plateaus simply from ADDING several leafy green

veggies. Veggies rule. They are a great way to remain hydrated, they

add tons of fiber which slows digestion and aids in absorption of

critical nutrients while maintaining blood sugar levels, and provide

tons of anti-oxidants and phytochemicals. GO FOR THE VEGGIES!

I just KNEW that would know the answer! :-)

And fortunately it was the answer I was hoping for! My appetite has

started to pick up, and the specified portion size for protein &

carb just flat doesn't cut it sometimes... and I LOVE my veggies.

So, perfect solution found!

Thanks !

No, it says AT LEAST (my emphasis) two servings. So like

says, eat as much veggies as you want.
