I've read back a couple years in the archives, but I'm curious what people think

now.

I'm planning on buying in-ear earbuds to listen to music and brown noise while

being at home with my boyfriend, going to the gym, or being out on the

bus/grocerystore/whatever.

I saw these, which looked good, but I hear if you move while wearing them, they

crackle:

Does anyone have something similar? Thanks.

For around $150 you can see an audiologist and get custom made earplugs. They

come with different filters but I keep the plastic one that came with them

because that blocks the most sound. I honestly don't know what I would do

without these.
