Guest guest
Hi , Before my adrenals crapped out the rallied for a while and I fluctuated between high and low cortisol with all of the symptoms for each disorder. I think when your endocrine system is messed up that is not uncommon. Just a thought, Tamara > > Hi All! > > I have had 2 saliva adrenal stress tests done via my llmnd > one in April the other in October > both showed that my adrenals were not working to their full potential and had gone from bad to worse since April ...showing the 8am cortisol levels at 4 > > now with that being said, > I just had a 8am blood draw to test for coritsol serum and it came back at 22 .. .. > normal is 4-22 .. so Im on the high end of within normal > I am really confused ..how does the saliva show 4 and the blood show 22 .. > the llmnd stands behind the saliva test and the endo stands behind the blood test > so here I am , again , in the middle with out any answers .. > I know my adrenals are fatigued ... > but why are my cortisol levels so high ..??? > I believe high cortisol levels would mean cushings .. but I dont have any of the other signs/symptoms of cushings > Im really confused > > I was hoping to get into an endocronologist but with this normal blood test reading .. > it dosnt look like I will get in to see one > > I am still very nauseas going on 10 weeks now .. > 3 weeks after I started coiling for bart > I am not losing anymore weight but not gaining either > Ive played with my supplements since getting out of the hospital 4 weeks ago and none of those play a part in the nausea .. > > I have no idea why Im still so nauseas I thought it was my adrenals .. > and NOTHING Ive taken has helped the nausea .. needless to say .. once again I am very frustrated .. > > any help would be appreciated > > > > " Until one has loved an animal, part of their soul remains unawakened.
