Guest guest
I have not ordered the latest version. I need to own a copy. has my before/afters in that edition, along with those of a local trainer and friend of mine, Sandi Porter, along with Bob Doyle, who has recently become a motivational speaker - Bob Doyle's site is not only a great place to see how BFL and Leaness Lifestyle can form a sort of synergy, but also is loaded with countless stories of inspiration. He has interviewed dozens of people who have successfully transformed their lives, and hearing it from them, first hand, can be an incredible experience towards your own success. His site is: http://www.bodychangers.com/ Take care! Likness > > Ok, Sara, Kelley, Jen B, Andy, , any other veteran with > ideas. I need > > a new weight training routine. Guest guest
I'll do 2 weeks at 15 reps, as > I explained above. Then, I drop the weight and do a 2 week phase at > 10 reps. Finally, I do a 2 weeks phase at 5 reps. , for the final two weeks, do you drop the weights again? Terri

Guest guest
Good question. I compute my 15-rep, 10-rep, and 5-rep max. For example, I might be able to squat 340 pounds at 5 reps, 280 pounds at 10 reps, and 230 pounds at 15 reps. So my sequence would be 15 x 130, 15 x 150, 15 x 170, 15 x 190, 15 x 210, 15 x 230 for the first two weeks, then 10 x 180, 10 x 200, 10 x 220, 10 x 240, 10 x 260, 10 x 280 for the second two weeks, then 5 x 240, 5 x 260, 5 x 280, 5 x 300, 5 x 320, 5 x 340 for the last two weeks. So you can see I build up to a heavy set, then it drops again and builds back up, drops and builds back up! Likness > I'll do 2 weeks at 15 reps, as > > I explained above.
