Thank-you.

You all are encouragers for me, also. I push for that extra minute or so, knowing that I'm going to "report" to you all. Today it meant the difference between 8 minutes and 10. Having someone (s) to be accountable to, helps me not to say "Aw, why bother!" because you all encourage me to keep going go.

I may never be able to do a full workout again. I don't like saying that but it's the truth. But this is also the truth: I will keep on trying to get to that point where I can, everyday do that entire tape.

That's why I rejoined the list...to keep remembering the spirit that keeps us all going. We are all sheros here. From Anny to me to Gymmie to You to each and every one in our group. I clap for everyone here. : )

You have come into a great revelation. I once remember Oprah saying that you know you are disciplined when you workout even when you don't want to. You have discipline my sister. The stamina will come with time. You are truly encouraging me. I take it working out for grant it because I can workout whenever I want to at any intensity that I want. And here you are really struggling just to get in a few minutes that are really intense for you. YOU ARE DA BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for sharing with us. You are truly the victor and "shero". I am not going to be slack any more thanks to your inspiration.

I was disappointed. But yesterday, I realized that the most important thing was habit. Thatamount of time didn't matter as much as getting up and doing it every daypossible. My workout times will come back up as soon as I work the rust outfrom the holidays. Thanks for the encouragement (and to you all)!Charlotte

But yesterday, I realized that the most important thing was habit. That

amount of time didn't matter as much as getting up and doing it every day

possible. My workout times will come back up as soon as I work the rust out

from the holidays.
