Hi Marie,

I'm so sorry you are struggling right now. Please remember, you have recently been under a tremendous amount of stress with your relocation, etc. Plus, you had to deal with a strep throat, which also places stress on the body. Not coiling for a month will set one back in treatment. That also happened to me, as I could not coil for a few weeks, due to intense autoimmune pain from my Teasel Root protocol. When I coiled my joints, my immune system went into overdrive from the dieoff, and the pain was unbearable. I had to stop coiling for awhile.

When I began coiling again, I did not have to start from scratch, but the spirochetes had reproduced, and my bacterial load was higher. The Lyme spirochete reproductive cycle is 3 - 4 weeks, and if one does not coil during that cycle, the bacterial load will certainly increase. It's work to rife it down again. That's just what I had to do.

You could not help the fact that you did not have access to a coil machine during your transition time into your new home. Now, it's a matter of catching up. If the coil was able to turn your paralysis around before, it can do that again. Please don't give up hope! You are so lucky now, to have someone who loves and supports you, living right there alongside you, in the best spot in the U.S.A. in winter. You will get through this tough time.

As for other detoxing choices, I personally have only used Burbur (general detox) and Pinella (the brain and nerve cleanse from NutraMedix), and both are excellent products. Jim gave you some good, inexpensive ideas for detoxing with lemon juice. Sunshine is a great healer, too. You have the advantage there. Up north here, in gray New Jersey, well - it just cannot compare to Florida!

I have noted some of the various detox methods that people are using, and some sources for them. I have not tried most of them, but perhaps other people will comment on them. Here is my (incomplete) list:

Chlorella

Bentonite Clay

HI Hope, I started out at 15second intervals for Bart at 832 hz each day I scaled up by 15 seconds to a total of 5min on the belly all was good ..actually the best I felt in a long time .. but then I incorporated my entire body after I got to the 5min on the belly and that is when my problems arose in the past 8 weeks I have been batteling severe nausea and weight loss which eventually led to my stay in the hospital .for 4 days I am still very nauseas but am no longer losing weight (force eating) anyways .. do NOT over do Bart .. it can sneak up on you .. the good news is that the coil machine is working .and killing the bart bacteria .. BUT .. I accidently , not intenionally, over-did it (followed instructions word by word) be sure to scale up working your body parts in instead of doing them all at one time like I mistakingly did .. Ive learned that

everyone has a different reaction to everything they coil for .. no 2 people have the same load and some can handle herxes better than others I have learned that I fall into the ''more sensitive category" I am only 5ft 3 and now I weigh 113 lbs (I was 123lb prior to coiling for bart) so be please proceed with caution :)"Until one has loved an animal, part of their soul remains unawakened." Hi Marie,Just about everyone of long detox experience speaks well of coffee enemas, whether they are the large bag or the smaller volume bulb. They have made a world of difference in my progress, and if I could only do one detox method, it would be that. While you're at the beach, I have a suggestion. Find a nice strong stick and when the tide is coming in, write out all the names of the infections you are fighting in the sand, and then let the ocean wash them away. I've done that several times, even taking pictures of it, and it is a strong image that gives me a feeling of power and hope. I'm far from a beach right now, but glad you have one nearby.Be well, dear one,Léna HI Jane ,Thank you very much to share with me your experience this gives me hope . No one else can know how to proceed but you, alone. You can do this. Keep up the detox treatments. This is the most important adjunct to coiling. The body is not capable of detoxing from coiling on its own, as the toxic dieoff is dumped in one big load. It's way too much for the body to clear. Even short treatments with the coil must be detoxed. I have said this before - for all coilers - choose the detox method that you prefer, but you must detox. Otherwise, you will become very ill. This happened to me! I do not do well with substances, so I tried to just drink more water, to detox. That will not work. I became more and more ill, as the months went by, because I did not understand the necessity to detox from coiling treatments. When I finally adpoted a detox procotol, my entire situation improved. Detox protocols have been discussed at length on the group list. If anyone needs advice, just ask. Each person has their own preferred method. I like Burbur, from NutraMedix. That works for me. It does not work for everyone. But I take much more than the recommended dose. I take about 26 drops at once. Then, if my herx does not clear, I take 26 more, a few hours later. I find that it takes about an hour or two for the effects of Burbur to kick in, for me. As for how long it will take for the coil to turn one's condition around - that is totally based on the infection profile of an individual. I will say for myself, as I've been coiling for about 18 months for Lyme (my worst infection), that I made a couple of unfortunate choices that set me way back. Teasel Root was not a good choice for me, and caused autoimmune arthritic inflammation. That set me back in my coiling schedule. Samento caused intense brain inflammation, and that also set me back, quite recently. So - choosing other treatment protocols, along with coiling, is something to consider very carefully. What works for one, may not work for another, and could even be counterproductive, as in my case. has repeatedly said, that those who do best with the coiling protocol, do not add in other treatment protocols. Detoxing is not considered a treatment - that is necessary. But treating the infections by means other than rife, when coiling, may or may not be helpful. It was NOT beneficial for me, though it did tip me off as to the extent of my infections (through inflammation), which are way more widespread than I had formerly believed. Still, if I could go back and do it again, I would just stick with the coil, without other treatment protocols. I would be way ahead by now. - JaneSubject: OT-recommenation for john's coil machineTo: Lyme_and_Rife Date: Monday, November 29, 2010, 6:11 PMHI Hope, I started out at 15second intervals for Bart at 832 hz each day I scaled up by 15 seconds to a total of 5min on the belly all was good ..actually the best I felt in a long time .. but then I incorporated my entire body after I got to the 5min on the belly and that is when my problems arose in the past 8 weeks I have been batteling severe nausea and weight loss which eventually led to my stay in the hospital .for 4 days I am still very nauseas but am no longer losing weight (force eating) anyways .. do NOT over do Bart .. it can sneak up on you .. the good news is that the coil machine is working .and killing the bart bacteria .. Hi Marie,

I'm so sorry you are struggling right now. Please remember, you have recently been under a tremendous amount of stress with your relocation, etc. Plus, you had to deal with a strep throat, which also places stress on the body. HI Hope, I started out at 15second intervals for Bart at 832 hz each day I scaled up by 15 seconds to a total of 5min on the belly all was good ..actually the best I felt in a long time .. but then I incorporated my entire body after I got to the 5min on the belly and that is when my problems arose in the past 8 weeks I have been batteling severe nausea and weight loss which eventually led to my stay in the hospital .for 4 days I am still very nauseas but am no longer losing weight (force eating) anyways .. do NOT over do

Bart .. it can sneak up on you .. the good news is that the coil machine is working .and killing the bart bacteria .. BUT .. I accidently , not intenionally, over-did it (followed instructions word by word) be sure to scale up working your body parts in instead of doing them all at one time like I mistakingly did .. Ive learned that everyone has a different reaction to everything they coil for .. no 2 people have the same load and some can handle herxes better than others I have learned that I fall into the ''more sensitive category" I am only 5ft 3 and now I weigh 113 lbs (I was 123lb prior to coiling for bart) so be please proceed with caution :)"Until one has loved an animal, part of their soul remains unawakened." Hi Marie, Just about everyone of long detox experience speaks well of coffee enemas, whether they are the large bag or the smaller volume bulb.

I'm far from a beach right now, but glad you have one nearby.

Be well, dear one,

Léna

HI Jane ,

Thank you very much to share with me your experience this gives me hope . And email after email from all of you who answered me ,it pile up and give me faith in tha tit will work again.

For the detox I cannot take anything like clay etc that create constipation I made an exception for welchol as it had a good record and I take at the same time magnesium abbondantly.

I am overwhelmed with all the other way of detoxification you listed . jeridanneutricical i tryed , May be it was doing a little bit .

Other than trying one at a time is there some of this tah tsi mentionned most often as a powerfull detox tool please?

I think I will began with nutramedix products as you told me before it was working for you rapidly.

Thank you jane and everyone for your encouragements. It feels very good to be understood . you enlighten my day each of you .

Dear Marie,This is what I do. Short version: First have a bowel movement (to make space). 8oz Faultless enema bulb (google it) Organic instant coffee; I get this at a local natural food store (NOT decaf; you want the caffeine) Waterproof pad covered with a towel on bed. Put hot tap water in sm. teapot, add 1-2 tsp inst. coffee, stir well, pour into enema bulb. Lubricate bulb's tip with virgin coconut oil, Lie on right side and gently insert. (You can first do this in bathroom, just in case, but bed usually works out very easily). Once tip is fully in place, with four fingers, squeeze/wrap the bulb around thumb as you squeeze to get max volume. It won't empty completely; that's OK.Hold for 15-20 min. or more, if the book you're reading is that good. (sometimes I even fall asleep) Evacuate.I'm sure there are others who have more experience using the large enema bags. I tried that and just knew that I wouldn't be able to routinely do it, even though it is also a great detox method. The small bulb works well for me, so I'm able to do it almost every day. It helps clear a burdened liver and it helps herxes pass much more quickly. Sometimes you can actually feel the liver dumping; often not. Doesn't matter. The routine will be a great support for your liver and gall-bladder.I started with one tsp. now do two heaping teaspoons. That makes fairly strong coffee, which will stimulate the liver to dump toxins.(Perhaps you diluted your coffee too much) I rarely have problems with constipation (usually only after too much cheese or too many nuts, or getting dehydrated) so I think you're probably correct in doing a cleansing enema first if that helps clear the way for the coffee to do its work.Be well, and enjoy that beach!LénaDear Lena ,is there a special way to do the coffe aenema ? I did it once and it did litlle .I made a normal coffe like for a breakfast and added water to fill up the eanma pichet .and I put it after the 2 first cleaning aenemas . Was there something rong about this ?I lik eth eidea of the writtingon the beach I ll try . THank you very much Lena .MarieTo: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Thu, December 2, 2010 8:42:11 PMSubject: Re: Coiling catch-up and various detox choices - Marie Hi Marie,Just about everyone of long detox experience speaks well of coffee enemas, whether they are the large bag or the smaller volume bulb. And email after email from all of you who answered me ,it pile up and give me faith in tha tit will work again. For the detox I cannot take anything like clay etc that create constipation I made an exception for welchol as it had a good record and I take at the same time magnesium abbondantly.I am overwhelmed with all the other way of detoxification you listed . jeridanneutricical i tryed , May be it was doing a little bit .Other than trying one at a time is there some of this tah tsi mentionned most often as a powerfull detox tool please?I think I will began with nutramedix products as you told me before it was working for you rapidly. Thank you jane and everyone for your encouragements. It feels very good to be understood . you enlighten my day each of you .And yes I went to the beach and it is beautifull . Marie To: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Wed, December 1, 2010 9:57:20 AMSubject: Coiling catch-up and various detox choices - Marie Hi Marie, I'm so sorry you are struggling right now.
