Guest guest Posted November 4, 2003 Report Share Posted November 4, 2003 Personally, I'd prefer to see 2 - 4 cups of leafy green (broccoli, spinach, etc) veggies in your plan, rest looks great! > M1 -> 1 scoop protein powder + 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ cinnamon & sugar twin > M2 -> 1 cup canned tuna + 1 cup pasta + tomatoes 'n onions > M3 -> 1/2 Myoplex original + 1/2 tbsp flaxseed oil + 1/2 banana > M4 -> 1/2 Myoplex original + 1/2 tbsp flaxseed oil + 1/2 banana > M5 -> 4 tbsp egg whites + 1 whole egg => scrambled with onions,tomatoes + 2 whole wheat toast > M6 -> 6-7oz chicken breast + 1 baked potato + salsa > > Total = 1924 > Protein -> 193 gms(43%) > Carbs -> 185 gms(35%) > Fat -> 48 gms(23%) > > What say, ppl ?? > > Harsh > > Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest guest Posted January 7, 2004 Report Share Posted January 7, 2004 I may try preparing the night before. I usually get up at 545 and hit the gym at 615 and return around 715 or so. I have to be at work at 830 and it's a 15 mile rush-hour drive. So I need something that won't take long. At least if the egg whites were separated the night before I could throw them in a skillet the next morning. I'm not to fond of cooked eggs the next day. > > Okay, you busted me. I'm usually short on time and haven't cooked > > any eggs, and that's all I can think of other than the 8g in my > skim > > milk. Any suggestions? Guest guest Posted January 7, 2004 Report Share Posted January 7, 2004 Or buy egg whites in a carton for even more convenience. Or regular egg beaters. Personally I can't stand 'em because I think they're real rubbery, but a lot of BFL'ers swear by 'em.
