The problem I had was learning to stop eating meat without gaining weight. If you're really interested, just eat one or two days of no meat meals. Try tofu, tempah, peanut butter, nuts, eggs, or cheese as a protein source. It's really not hard if you are a lacto ovo vegetarian like I am (I eat dairy and eggs). Vegans, who don't, have to be a little more creative. Did you become a vegetarian to stick to WW, or were you already one? That's always fascinated me... even though I probably could never do it (my son's allergic to legumes)!!
