Go to yahoo groups, click on my groups, click on serious-weight-watchers and you're there. http://www.yahoogroups.com I wanted to let everyone know that Connie made her Christmas cards and did a great job. She's a rubber stamper! Also, if anyone watches QVC, they're having a New Year, New You day on New Year's Day. There will be lots of fitness equipment, tape and health related items. and Austin will be there, if anyone wants more info just email me.
