Guest guest
Hi all! ive recently started a blog. It's meant as a way to reach more people who may be suffering and still feel they are alone out there. Well, I havent written much, but the post i was last working on is about all the things Ive noticed we have in common. Lots. This leads me to wonder something... I wonder if we were in a room with each other if we would annoy and upset one another? I have found that on occasion my triggers are affected by the person I am with. The safer I feel, the more comfortable I feel with a person , the LESS they affect me. I beleive this is a huge clue to our condition. The triggers are not universal to all people. I have also experienced the opposite. Ive been with my partner for almost 20 years and one day i woke up and like a switch being flipped he and my oldest son now trigger me intensely. Odd. They never did before ,but I have had some intense physical changes in the last 7 months that could possibly attribute to this, but it could also be something else. Something I also wonder if we have in common..I have had it happen that a friend did not trigger me and then, for no reason that I can pinpoint, she began to. Does anyone else have triggers that are not static?
