Guest guest
Hi, Gracie, I've only had a few cramps in my foot, but nothing like Ed is going through. I hope his pain is better by the time you get this post. Is the Quinine for the cramping? I am on Evista and drink a lot of skim milk for calcium for osteoporosis. But calcium supplements don't dissolve well in my stomach due to the amount of Prevacid I take (for the varices). So, I just try to get it naturally. Does calcium help cramps too? Take care, krooner1@... wrote: > Hi , > > I'm sorry you were in the hospital....hope you are feeling better. I > hope we can meet someday.
