Hand/leg cramps

Hi, Gracie,

I've only had a few cramps in my foot, but nothing like Ed is going

through. I hope his pain is better by the time you get this post. Is the

Quinine for the cramping?

I am on Evista and drink a lot of skim milk for calcium for osteoporosis.

But calcium supplements don't dissolve well in my stomach due to the amount

of Prevacid I take (for the varices). So, I just try to get it naturally.

Does calcium help cramps too?
