How I'm doing with a question

Hi all,

I had another injection of steroids in my neck this past Friday and am doing

pretty well. I did get more side affects from this shot though. I haven't craved

sweets so much in years, having those dreaded night sweats and am finding it

hard not to overdo. My lower back injection may need a second round because I

haven't noticed a great improvement but I realise it can take several times to

help.

On a different note, I'm going to try and make a visit to chat tomorrow night as

I miss visiting with friends on a real time basis. It's much more fun and

informative when we can share at the same time and not wait for answers.

I hope many aren't doint too much and taking time to relax a bit each day or

evening.
