stomach is better, now hubby's in the hospital... (some OT)

Hey, gang, guess Dan and I are taking turns.  He was admitted to the hospital

last Friday with his Carcinoid Syndrome, really weak.  Worried about him as his

weight is so low (135) and for a man that is 6 foot.... well.... Dietician came

into the room just two hours after he was admitted b/c the last time he was in

the hospital, he was 20 lbs heavier.  She is asking his doc for an appetite

stimulant, so we will see.  Right now they are trying to get his pain under

control.

 

I only mention this b/c it has so much to do with the stress and symptoms I have

from Still's.  I just sit around and think, " Don't be silly, Gail... you can't

be sick right now... " .  Silly, I know, but there it is.   I see the gastro doc

tomorrow but am only going to get the results of my biopsies he performed.  I

will not continue seeing him as I have left 3 mssgs with his office since I was

released from the hospital and nary a one was returned.  Don't need a doc like

that.  Give me my results, please, and I will be on my merry way to Louisville

to see someone else.
