DIN numbers and small 15ml tubes

I was looking at packaging the other day and I noticed that Blistex had

DIN numbers on their lip balms. Are DINs not for over the counter

medications, or products making medical claims? If so, why would they

bother and spend the money to have this done for just a lip balm (their

Herbal Answer, and Lip Infusion).

Also, thanks to all that took the time to offer their help in finding a

soft, small (15-20ml) tube. None of those panned out for my needs, so

if anyone has any other ideas, I'm still looking for any direction in

that area. Thanks,
