Hi and all,

Yes, the point you raised, , about the way in which one goes about adding in parts of the body to the coiling schedule, in additon to the abdomen, is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. There are people who, once they can coil their abdomens for 5 minutes without undue herxing, can add in the rest of the body almost at once, without any more undue herxing. I was NOT one of those people! And apparently, , you were not, either. I'm very sorry that you has such a hard time.

In order to avoid a mistake that could land one in the hospital, it is important to GO SLOWLY when adding in body parts to the coiling schedule. What I did, was add in one or two body sections at a time, for 30 seconds, then one minute, etc., to gauge whether I was herxing from those additions. I was! So, that indicated to me, that I needed to add in sections for coiling, only as my body could tolerrate, regarding herxing and detoxing.

It took me about 9 months before I could coil my entire body for Lyme without undue herxing. I found that if I increased my coiling treatment duration on a body part, I herxed more. I topped out my coiling time at 3 minutes per body part. I still do 5 minutes on my abdomen. I coil may entire body for 87 minutes a week, for Lyme. If I did that when I first started out, not only would I have landed in the hospital, that treatment time probably would have been fatal, due to toxic dieoff. Literally.

The point I want to make, is that the coil machine is a very powerful tool, and needs to be utilized with discretion. As everyone has a varying set of infections, bacterial loads, history of illness, etc., one's coiling protocol needs to be adapted to fit one's unique infection profile.

It's necessary to tune into one's own body, and follow one's own inner guidance (I am repeating myself here, but since there are many newbies in the group, this bears repeating). It is not possilble to have a scripted recipe for recovery and wellness. We are all different. The guidelines has set for use of the coil machine are general, and they are sound. They can be readily adapted to fit everyone's condition.

HI Hope, I started out at 15second intervals for Bart at 832 hz each day I scaled up by 15 seconds to a total of 5min on the belly all was good ..actually the best I felt in a long time .. but then I incorporated my entire body after I got to the 5min on the belly and that is when my problems arose in the past 8 weeks I have been batteling severe nausea and weight loss which eventually led to my stay in the hospital .for 4 days I am still very nauseas but am no longer losing weight (force eating) anyways .. do NOT over do Bart .. it can sneak up on you .. the good news is that the coil machine is working .and killing the bart bacteria .. BUT .. I accidently , not intenionally, over-did it (followed instructions word by word) be sure to scale up working your body parts in instead of doing them all at one time like I mistakingly did .. Ive learned that

everyone has a different reaction to everything they coil for .. no 2 people have the same load and some can handle herxes better than others I have learned that I fall into the ''more sensitive category" I am only 5ft 3 and now I weigh 113 lbs (I was 123lb prior to coiling for bart) so be please proceed with caution :)"Until one has loved an animal, part of their soul remains unawakened."
