I haven't watched the entire series. I wonder if they mention HAARP. That's the real reason for the spraying. It's the HAARP stations that will do the "controlling" of the weather via guess what - broadcasted frequencies! The big station is in Alaska. But there's another in Puerto Rico, and in other locations.
