Guest guest
Thanks for re-sending the article on the Pulmonary Fibrosis MS Kitty as that is part of what I have in addition to a pile of other stuff. I originally missed Mr Fuzzy's article and was very glad to read it. I was diagnosed with PF in 2001 and it was finally attributed to my exposure to Agent Orange and or Asbestos? Of course I was exposed to it where we did not have troops (yea right) and some places where we did have troops. The irony of it all is that I was never stationed there but was in and out of there on a couple of occasions spending no more than two weeks at a time in there? Since my initial heart problems the VA has also deemed that Ischemic Heart disease (another of my problems) as also being caused by exposure to Agent Orange! WOW, it's like someone turned on a light bulb. Of course as most of you know I am on O2 24/7 and it has recently been bumped up to 3 liters per and it is very doubtful it will ever go down. I just had to comment on what Tom had said about the scarring and it is something that you have to make that known to anyone who is telling you that you have pneumonia as it is possible you may have it but also possible you may not have it. I no longer get chest X-rays as I get Cat Scans with contrast instead and they show everything (to much). Hope I helped a little bit? Ya'll take care now. Love Ya'll. I'm slowly getting back in the swing of things as I just had another stent put in one of my artery's to help my blood flow and keep me alive some additional time?
