Hello everyone. Happy Holidays!

I have been looking for information on what the differences are between water

soluble and water dispersible oils. I know the meanings of the two words, but

I'm wondering in terms of chemistry, what do the two do in water? Is there a

special kind of mixing I should do to one or the other when adding to water?
