Unsubscribing Toxictort1@... from our Group

I have unsubscribed the poster known as toxictort1@... because this

person took a confidential e-mail between two list members and posted it on

our list. I don't know who this person is - their bio data is missing - or

how they managed to get this message - but this type of behavior is not

tolerated.

Do NOT trust someone just because they are on this group. Unless you

specifically know who you are talking to - my best advice is DON'T reveal

anything about yourself or share any information. I have told you before

that there are spies on our list, as well as the toxlaw board and that you

need to guard your information. I do not consider defense attorneys to be

spies - whether you work for the plaintiff or for the defense you need

access to be very best information from the very best experts. You all know

that I consider litigation to be a last resort but I do not counsel anyone

to lie down and be raped by your insurance company or prevented from the

getting the appropriate health care that you need. If we do that - if we

cave in over and over, if we stand by and let them quote idiots instead of

experts - we become all own worst enemy.

Please, do not breech the confidence of our members by posting anything they

send to you UNLESS you have their express permission. And if anyone

solicits information from you and you are suspicious - report them to me

immediately,
