Hi Aram,

Just thought you would appreciate knowing I did my LBW on Friday, and since

it has been about three weeks since my last one, I have been experiencing the

proverbial train wreck syndrome. I am walking around as if my knees don't

bend. I used the hand held massager on my legs yesterday and even that hurt so

bad I could only stand it a little while. Today (60 hrs later) I am moving

somewhat better, but Lordy the pain, the pain!!

But, back to work...no more whining for me. :)

Well said, Matt!

fat/gain muscle " is thinking you gotta eat less and work more. The working

out only plays a small role in fitness. It's the nutrition you take in from

the food that fuels the body to give everyone that muscle growth, fat loss,

hot sexy appeal that everyone is looking for.
