Liz and Gang, I went to a Certified Natural health Professional

yesterday.I highly recommend it to everyone. It was the best 45.00 I've

ever spent. I was worried about taking so many supplements. I wrote down

everything I'm taking and all was fine She told me how much to take for

my body weight and degree of illness. . She did add Chlorophyl ( to

clean the blood)and a capsule with a combination of emzimes( to help

digest foods properly). She said that Olive leaf was the best thing on

my list. She thinks it's wonderful. I use a " stomach formula " of

concentrated aloe, marshmallow, slippery elm,and peppermint. She said

the slippery elm was a must for the GUT. There's so much to learn from

someone like her. There's certain foods that you should not eat with

others . Also foods to avoid, eating certain foods at certain times of

the day,for example- always eat any type of melon alone:never combine it

with other foods. There's just so much , you must do it .I found mine in

the phone book.It gives me peace of mind to know exactly how much to

take , instead of guessing. Take care, Yoly

I think it would be fantastic to do that. As soon as I accrue some bucks

I'm going to try and find one. What did she say about the AP? Did she

give you any suggestions other than G & C for osteo prevention?
