I went to work at our local help center yesterday and today hanging clothes, folding linens, etc and I am in so much pain in my back and knee. I just told a friend that is disabled you almost never feel the pain during an activity so you don't realize it's too much until the next day or later and then oh my goodness how I hurt tonight! My usual ample dose of medication isn't touching it and the ice feels a bit better but not enough. I also had a steroid injection in my old knee a week or so ago and it doesn't seem to have helped. Well, the knee is trash anyway so nothing lost, just a bit disapointed. Thank you for being here for me. I'll be better tomorrow I think and be back with smiles. P.S. I had an email for you Gail and lost it. I am so happy your injections seem to be working and hope this second and then third last a bit longer with each. I also hope the blood draws help you feel better in that respect. Thank you for letting us know how it's going because we are thinking of you and you have had a rough time of this past few years.
