I was actually given a donut cushion in the hospital, but I found it uncomfortable to sit on for very long because my legs would feel like they weren't getting any circulation. I actually found a regular, soft pillow more comfortable (but nothing is as comfortable as just not sitting:)! Thanks for the clarification!
