Guest guest
i was totally normal and super easy birth. I think my mom was in labor for 20 minutes. lucky ladyheidi Hello: Wondering if everyone here w/Miso/4S had normal births - no complications in utero or while being born.. I know that my son (13 now) had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck while he was being born - they made me stop pushing (sorry for tmi) until they unwrapped and then I proceeded to give birth to him. His eyes and face where all red for about a week - it gradually subsided and he appeared ok as far as all his developmental milestones - smiling, crawling, walking, talking etc. As I said he is now 13 years old and a very intelligent young man. Just wondering...

Guest guest
,Not sure for my birth, but for my son (who has misophonia) it was uneventful. The only thing that was different was when I was carrying him. My blood sugar was all over the place and I would break out in sweats and shake really bad. But other than that, every thing seemed OK. Very healthy baby. To: Soundsensitivity Sent: Sun, November 27, 2011 11:59:30 AMSubject: Anything abnormal in utero or during the actual birth.... Guest guest
My older sister was stillborn due to the cord being around her neck.. she died... so my brother and I were both scheduled c-sections to prevent that from happening. --------------------------------------------------------- ♥ " Hope is more than a word; it's a state of being. Guest guest
I have ALWAYS wondered about this. My mom is a recovering alcoholic and she drank regularly throughout her pregnancies. I’ve always wondered if it’s related. But I’m sure not ALL of our mothers (of the folks in this group) drank during pregnancy! :-) Other than that, my pregnancy/delivery was normal. Guest guest
Did not drink during pregnancy, but I think my mom did. She's not alive to ask her, but she did enjoy her wine more than most. I did not, though, and my son has it... Guest guest
My mother thought herself a "saint"-of course she did not drink, and didn't like associating with those who did either! To: Soundsensitivity Sent: Mon, November 28, 2011 8:23:40 AMSubject: Re: Re: Anything abnormal in utero or during the actual birth.... Guest guest
I ate really well and took my prenatal vitamins. Never drank during pregnancy or much before—my daughter still got misophonia.
