I studied your menu and I am wondering if you are getting enough

food for some of the meals. I'm unsure since I didn't add it up, but

why don't you go to fitday.com and put in the numbers for a few

days. This should tell you whether or not you are cheating yourself

one way or the other on portions. You can also see how you are

doing for % of fat, carbs, and protein.

I'm wondering if you aren't eating enough since you said you have

been eating about the same and you lost weight the first 6 weeks,

but you have now gained. Of course, some of this initial loss could

have been water weight. However, you are now gaining weight and

eating the same. How are your energy levels? Have any of your tape

measurements changed during this weight gain?
