Guest guest
Dan had his surgery yesterday (early in the morning). He had an open brain surgery to do remove the tumors in his brain and to do biopsies on the tumors. They were not able to get all at least one of the tumors. One of them was in a location that was too dangerous to remove all of it, so they removed as much of it that they could. They don't have the results from any of the biopsies yet. Dan was moved from recovery to ICU late yesterday afternoon and is in stable condition. Today He is still in ICU and is in a lot of pain. Gail has not had very much sleep and feels as though a truck/train has hit her. She really could use some sleep and is hoping that if Dan is better tonight that she will be able to get a hotel room tonight to get some sleep instead of staying all night at the hospital with Dan in the ICU (which I think we can all imagine is not great for her health). For all of you that believe in prayer, she continues to ask for pray for Dan and her family as they continue to go through this struggle and I ask for prayers for Gail as she has been a trooper through this, always strong for her family. But I can't imagine how hard this has been for her both emotionally and physically. Hugs to all, Alli
