Guest guest
Hi Lori, I take this combo in one product, called Sulfazyme. It is by Young Living. But it is MSM and Malic Acid combined. It has made a difference for the fibro. Anyway. Magnesium and Malic Acid together is really important to help calm down Fibro. If your pain is focused mostly in your legs, you may have sciatica. If so, you can take two golf balls and sit on them (I know, sounds crazy). I didn't think I even had sciatica but found out I did from the reflexology and now I use two small ball (hard - like golf balls) and sit on them in a relatively comfortable chair (harder chair - not too padded), or lie on them on the floor. Just move them around to different spots on your (butt - sorry, had to say it J). When (and if it hurts) you have sciatica. Stay on each pressure point for a few minutes and then do this each day until the pressure points go away. I still have pressure points that hurt like heck, but find sometimes that when my legs are killing me, if I do this exercise, it will give me some pain relief. Just a little trick I learned that may help others that have Sciatica Hugs to all, Alli From: Stillsdisease [mailto:Stillsdisease ] On Behalf Of mustanglori Sent: Thursday, August 25, 2011 5:05 PM To: Stillsdisease Subject: Supplements Hi Stills fam, Yesterday I saw my doc & I told her yet again of my aches & pains. I told her my muscles burn in the morning & that even with sleep aids, I don't sleep well. She said this is my fibromyalgia not Stills. I'm not all that convinced of that, but regardless I asked her what natural supplements are out there for Fibro & she recommended Malic Acid & Magnesium taken together daily. Has anyone ever tried this combo & if so, has it helped? Thanks!! Lori in CA
