I am with you on this cup too! He drank the juice on three separate occasions

w/o any pill in the cup. The day I put a pill in the cup, he drank the juice,

and at the end he put his hand to his mouth and handed me the capsule.

Funny, I thought I would try it again today, and he still figured it out. They

are all so different, aren't they?

Well like with all things, our kiddos are different. ;) I ordered it

too and not even my NT child and 3 speech language pathologists and one

OT (baby sitters who are masters students and practicing when not

taking care of my kids!) could get it to work. I was so excited about

it and maybe all of us are just too dense to use it but it did not work

at all. I think I threw mine away but if not I'd be happy to send it to

someone!

Glad it worked for you and others and hoping we one day learn to

swallow pills too. He takes nasty tasting stuff just fine though so I

am picking my battles these days and putting that one on the back

burner. :)

The first time we used it I put a craisin (cranberry raisin..he loves

them) in the cup so that he wouldn't be so apprehensive. He was able

to swallow that then he swallowed the pill on the first try as well.
